It was that time of ear again as celebrities far and wide descended upon Charlotte, North Carolina for CIAA Tournament Week. The festivities are an annual basketball tournament held by the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association, a conference that mainly consists of Division II level historically black colleges and universities.
One of the events taking place Friday night was the Gucci Mane and Lil Wayne-hosted party at the Queen City’s Oak Room as the two rappers reunited during an outing that included guests such as Pierre “Pee” Thomas of Quality Control, model Bernice Burgos, and nightlife magnates Alex Gidewon and Michael Gardner.
